Subsidiaries
In June 2009 Biotec Marine Biochemicals was established as a wholly owned subsidiary to continue the enzyme business of Biotec Pharmacon. The dietary supplements- and cosmetics business was divested late 2009.

Biotec Marine Biochemicals is based in Tromsø, Norway and is a supplier of enzymes with unique properties for molecular biology research and PCR based diagnostics. The company is quickly expanding and is currently supplying cold adapted and heat labile enzymes to leading international research reagents and diagnostics companies.
