New data on the use of Cod UNG for contamination control in qRT-PCR has been presented at Cambridge Healthtech Institute's 3rd Annual qPCR conference in San Diego 19-21 March.
Biotec Pharmacon has presented a poster at the qPCR conference above, showing test results using Cod UNG for contamination control in qRT-PCR. The results show that the use of Cod UNG enables very efficient carry-over contamination control without decreasing the sensitivity of the qRT-PCR process.
