Biotec Pharmacon manufactures beta-1,3/1,6-glucan products that have been designed for use as health promoting supplements, and as active ingredients in cosmetics. The company makes both a micro-particulate and soluble variety of this product:
NBG® Particulate: For use in dietary supplements
NBG® Soluble: For use in cosmetics
To ensure a professional and serious use of the extensive scientific documentation that exists on safety and efficacy of these products, Biotec Pharmacon continues to establish cooperation and distribution agreements with only a restricted number of customers. We welcome contacts with companies that have developed overall concepts for health promoting foods and cosmetics ingredients, or branded consumer products containing such ingredients, to be marketed in accordance with existing regulations and legal restrictions within this sector.
A composition patent protecting combinations of Biotec Pharmacon’s proprietary compound soluble yeast beta-glucan (SBG) as an adjuvant together with monoclonal antibodies for treatment of cancer has been granted in the U.S.
