
Svein Mathisen, Chairman.Mr. Mathisen holds a Master of Science in Physics from NTH, Trondheim, Norway. Ingrid Wiik, Vice Chairman. Ms. Wiik holds a Master of Pharmacy degree from the University of Oslo, a Master of Science degree (Biopharmacy) from University of London and a MBA from the Norwegian School of Management. She was elected to the Board in 2007, and elected Vice Chairman in 2010. Ms Wiik retired as President and CEO of Alpharma Inc (NYSE) in June 2006, a position held from January 2000.
